「上級者向け」の設定は、オプションダイアログの左下の「上級者向け設定」をONにすると、ダイアログ左部の「設定の対象」の一覧の中に現れます。
Advanced settings appear when you turn on "Advanced" at the bottom left of the Options dialog.

ハードウェアの安全な取り外しSafely remove hardware

ツールメニューの表示Tool menu mode

サブメニューSub menu: [ツール]メニューに「ハードウェアの安全な取り外し」サブメニューを表示します。
Display the "Safely Remove Hardware" submenu on the "Tools" menu.
選択後に出るメニューPop-up menu: [ツール]メニューに「ハードウェアの安全な取り外し」コマンドを表示します。（サブメニューではないコマンド）
Display the "Safely Remove Hardware" item on the "Tools" menu. It is command, not a submenu.
なしNone: [ツール]メニューに「ハードウェアの安全な取り外し」を表示しません。
"Safely Remove Hardware" is not displayed on the "Tool" menu.

取り外し後の通知Eject notiftcation

バルーンを表示Balloon: ハードウェアの安全な取り外しが完了したとき、バルーンを表示します。
Displays a balloon when safe removal of hardware is complete.
ステータスバーに表示Status bar: ハードウェアの安全な取り外しが完了したとき、ステータスバーに表示します。
Displays information to status bara balloon when safe removal of hardware is complete.
メッセージボックスを表示Message box: ハードウェアの安全な取り外しが完了したとき、メッセージボックスを表示します。
A message box will be displayed when the safe removal of the hardware is complete.
ビープを鳴らすBeep: ハードウェアの安全な取り外しが完了したとき、ビープを鳴らします。
Beep when safe removal of hardware is complete.

「バルーンを表示」「ステータスバーに表示」「メッセージボックスを表示」「ビープを鳴らす」は全てOFFにはできません。
全てOFFにすると、自動的にバルーンとステータスバーが設定されます。

その他Other

eSATA等の無効化可能なドライブも一覧に出すeSATA drive
「ハードウェアの安全な取り外し」は、通常、ホットプラグに対応したUSB接続のドライブなどを表示しています。
このオプションをONにすると、ホッププラグには対応していないけど、無効化が可能と判断されたドライブも表示するようになります。
"Safely Remove Hardware" usually indicates a USB connected drive that supports hot plug.
If this option is turned on, it will also display drives that are not compatible with hop plugs but that are determined to be able to disabled.
